Preparation tips:

To prepare this hot tea: Take 8 g of tea leaves for 50 cl of filtered water and heat to 90°C. Infuse for 4 minutes.

To prepare this cold tea: Infuse 15 g of tea per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and place in a cool place.
